Podgorica’s spring allergy season (February–May) is dominated by Cypress and Plane pollen; Cypress (Cupressus) prolific on Gorica Hill; London Plane (Platanus x acerifolia) widespread along city streets. Olive (Olea europaea) contributes significantly from the Morača River valley. Summer (May–July) sees high Grass (Poaceae) pollen levels, originating from Tološi Forest Park and along Zeta Plain grasslands.
